I get ridiculously giddy thinking about you becoming your best self. I'm all about embracing the whole version of ourselves and thriving in the abundance Jesus has for us in our right-now lives. We'll be real here, because there's nothing I love more than authentic words - and a cup of strong coffee to go with them.

Here’s how you know it’s time to start embracing wholeness:

-You are overwhelmed at the thought of facing another day.

 

-You get the “Sunday Evening stomach Ache of Dread” as you look ahead at your week.

 

-The person you are at work isn’t the same person you are at home or with friends.

 

-You feel like you have to choose between spiritual growth, personal fitness, vibrant friendships, a clean home, or indulgent pleasures like reading a book.

 

-You regularly go to bed feeling like you didn’t do enough that day.

 

-You know what you’d like your life to look like but have no idea how to get there.
